BodyRecord is freely configurable and can be used to document blood pressure, uric acid, weight and the impairment caused by various pains. The medical history, which is important for anamnesis, can also be saved. You can use the results in many different ways! Further recording areas, such as a medication list, will be made available gradually.
BodyRecord does NOT store any personal information about you. Only a 32-digit ID is stored to identify your entries. The data is stored on German servers in accordance with German data protection laws. BodyRecord does not use trackers, widgets, analysis tools or advertising. It is also not necessary to enter address and communication data or payment information. Details on data storage and use can be found in thePrivacy Policy.
BodyRecord can be used on any number of end devices (Android smartphones and tablets, desktop web browsers, ...) at the same time. Only the input of your ID is required for each end device!

Every medical history questionnaire requires information on previous surgeries and interventions. In the rarest cases you have all data at hand in this situation. BodyRecord offers you the possibility to collect them anonymously and share them with your physician (f/m/d) if needed or create a PDF document with your medical history.
In the reporting area, it is now possible to share your report as an eMAIL with your doctor's office by clicking on the Share button.
The report is sent with the highest level of data protection!
The eMAIL is generated locally on your device, which means that no transmission of your eMAIL address to BodyRecord is necessary
Only the data necessary for the selected report is transmitted
For the display of the report in your doctor's office, your ID is not transmitted, which means that complete access to your data is still only possible for you
Since today the complete translation of BodyRecord into English is available. Thus BodyRecord can now be used easily and uncomplicated by English speaking users.
In addition to the screenshot, the output of the data as PDF for printing or sending is now also available. The function can be found in the "Report" section and is called up with the button "Create PDF". A PDF document is created with the currently displayed areas for the selected period.
From now on you can also record your weight with our BodyRecord and thus discover possible connections of your weight development with other areas, e.g. blood pressure.
In the section "Report" it is now possible to create a screenshot of the currently displayed report. Depending on your device you can save, print, share this screenshot, ...
The first version of the report module is now available for testing. The range of functions is still limited, but will be expanded step by step.
In the next versions, functions for sharing the reports, e.g. with the attending physician (w/m/d), and for creating PDFs with all captured data will be provided.
